- Investigators listed on federally funded (or PHS-compliant) awards
- All other Employees regardless of title/position as such outside interests/activities arise
- At the time of hire for new exempt employees
- Annually for all exempt employees, except for adjunct faculty unless required by federal law
- When ever a change occurs with an existing interest that has been previously disclosed
- At the time of proposal, if a current disclosure is not on file
- Prior to engaging in any outside reportable interest
CRR 330.015 (A) (3) states: Conduct by an Employee that violates the University’s policies, regulations or rules pertaining to conflict of interest shall constitute a breach of the employment contract and may lead to disciplinary action.
