• Faculty
  • Exempt Personnel
  • Investigators listed on federally funded (or PHS-compliant) awards
  • All other Employees regardless of title/position as such outside interests/activities arise
  • At the time of hire for new exempt employees
  • Annually for all exempt employees, except for adjunct faculty unless required by federal law
  • When ever a change occurs with an existing interest that has been previously disclosed
  • At the time of proposal, if a current disclosure is not on file
  • Prior to engaging in any outside reportable interest

CRR 330.015 (A) (3)  states: Conduct by an Employee that violates the University’s policies, regulations or rules pertaining to conflict of interest shall constitute a breach of the employment contract and may lead to disciplinary action.
